Karna Digital ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Sudoku puzzle application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

• Advertising ID: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings.
• Anonymous Analytics: If enabled, the App may collect anonymized usage data to help us understand how the App is used and to improve features. This data cannot be traced back to any individual.
• Crash Reports: If you opt in, crash reports (including stack traces and device state) are sent to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Account information (no login or sign-up is required)
• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Contacts, photos, or media files
• Precise device location
• Microphone or camera recordings (the camera scanner feature processes images locally on your device and does not upload them)
• Biometric or health data

How We Use Information

Any information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• To serve and measure advertisements via Google AdMob
• To analyze anonymous usage trends and improve the App
• To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

Google Play Billing

If you make a purchase (e.g., Pro upgrade or coin packs), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store any payment or financial information. All purchase data is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information, they should contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

All game data (puzzles, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers. Any analytics or crash data is sent in an anonymized, aggregated form and is protected by industry-standard encryption during transmission.

Your Choices

• Opt-out of personalized ads: You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device's Google Settings.
• Opt-out of analytics: You can disable anonymous analytics in the App's Settings screen at any time.
• Delete your data: You can clear all app data through your device's App Settings, which will remove all locally stored game progress and preferences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
